Corey Quinn helps founder-led agencies break through the founder bottleneck by building sales systems that do not rely on the founder to close every deal. With 25+ years in sales and marketing, he specializes in turning relationship-based selling into repeatable, trainable processes.
Corey is the former CMO of Scorpion, where he helped scale the agency from about $20M to $200M in ARR over seven years. Earlier, he was the #1 enterprise seller at The Search Agency for 21 straight quarters by codifying systems that teams could replicate.
He now leads the Founder-Free Sales System, a 12-week program for agencies doing $2M to $5M. He teaches the TASS methodology and DOCTOR Framework to reduce founder sales involvement to under 20% while protecting close rates. Corey holds an honors MBA from USC Marshall and is the author of Anyone, Not Everyone.
